11. The folclorical festival "Winter traditions", 2007 - XXXX-th edition

The Iasi Festival is a good oportunity to remember the atmosphere from the traditional village, to meet again with the beauty of the masks (goats, stags, bears, rams, horsies etc), with the mag's sobriety from the Irod's parades, with the caroll's naturalness.
This etnocultural manifestation deals also with knowing and valueing, on more fields, the traditions from the country's patrimony , that come to life during the winter holidays, their reference point being the Christmas and the New Year. Stimulated by the uncompared richness of these traditions from the moldavian area, the organisers of the festival show a constant interest in promoting and emphasizing these values from the most important areas of Romania, as well as from the romanian communities outside the country.
